Refund policy

Refund Policy & Quality Assurance

At Atlas Web, we are fully confident in the quality of our content and the results achieved by our committed students. However, because our products are Digital Assets containing trade secrets and intellectual property, our refund policy is governed by strict conditions to ensure serious commitment.

1. Strict Time Frame Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date. Any request submitted after this window will be permanently rejected without exception.

2. The "Action-Based" Requirement We do not offer refunds for a "change of mind." To be eligible for a refund, you must prove that you have applied the course material and failed to achieve results. You must attach the following proof of work with your request:

  • Screenshots proving you have fully set up your store/account exactly as instructed in the course.

  • Proof of Ad Spend (e.g., a minimum of $50 spent) demonstrating that you applied the marketing strategies taught.

  • Live Links to the projects or stores you launched based on the course curriculum.

Note: If the review team determines that you have not engaged in practical application, your request will be immediately denied.

3. Consumption Limit You must not have viewed more than 15% of the total course content. Our system tracks viewing progress with precision. If you exceed this percentage, you are deemed to have consumed the intellectual product, and you are no longer eligible for a refund.

4. Downloaded Resources If you have downloaded any attached resources (including PDFs, Templates, Scripts, or Cheat Sheets), your right to a refund is immediately voided. These materials are considered permanent deliverables that cannot be "returned."

5. Community Standards Violation Any student who is removed or banned from our private community groups due to misconduct, harassment, or violation of community rules forfeits their right to claim any financial refund.
